Handover Now is a small, focused asset lifecycle system for people who need more than a spreadsheet and less than a corporate monster.
The first workflow is built around rental and handover management. Owners can list an asset, publish it to the marketplace, receive applications, ask for evidence, approve a tenant, and later handle move-out and return checks. Tenants can apply, submit documents, respond to task cards, and track the state of their application from one workspace.
The important part is that the system does not treat a handover as one vague form. It treats it as a lifecycle. An asset has a state. An application has a state. Evidence cards, decisions, gates, and events all sit around that lifecycle so everyone can see what happened, what is pending, and what comes next.
